Awesome lower body workout – you will feel it It’s simple to follow – it’s an animated girl – and gives helpful hints on what not to do. But beware – if you are not super fit – without even completing the full 15 minutes (I did maybe ten) my legs were in sort shape – and I could not easily sit or stand for the next four days. It was very, very intense. Does not seem like the best “full body” workout, but for a lower body workout, it is AMAZING.

Just the right length of time so as not to overwhelm my morning. I’ve lost 9 pounds so far (but am dieting too so keep in mind that the exercise needs to be coupled with better eating habits). Super easy way to get back into a workout routine!!!
I guess I’m in pretty good shape because I barely broke a sweat and … I guess I’m in pretty good shape because I barely broke a sweat and half the time I felt like I was just flinging my arms all over the place for the fun of it. It was fun, though, and I call my exercise “loving movements” so as long as I’m moving it counts. What I liked the most was the alternate movement options for people who might have weak knees or limited range of motion. The creators seemed to understand what kinds of limited ranges of motion might make some moves difficult…
